Squad Fitness is a St. Clair West fitness program offered year-round OUTDOORS. We're about promoting fitness to help people feel great, while creating a sense of community. We want to help you become stronger both physically and mentally by creating a positive, supportive environment.
Our Workout
A 45-minute mom-focused total body workout. Leave the kid(s) at home and join the fun in this energetic workout just for YOU. Moms at any stage of motherhood are welcome, from new moms to grandmas! We’ll concentrate on muscle conditioning and interval training to strengthen your body and mind and to improve your overall health and well-being. Exercises are modified to fit the needs of any woman. Let’s focus this time on YOU, so you can be the best version of yourself!

Candace's classes are fun, challenging and different every week, so I never get bored. She's enthusiastic and encouraging and always includes options and modifications, and I appreciate her expertise in postpartum and pelvic floor health.

I've been going to Candace's group workouts for the past year and I love them. She is a great trainer and always changes things up with each class. This keeps it both interesting and challenging. about the founder
Candace Cramer is the founder of Squad Fitness. She is a group fitness instructor, with expertise in both pre- and post-natal exercise. As a teacher and mom with a lifelong commitment to fitness, Candace is an effective and compassionate instructor who understands the challenges of maintaining a physically active lifestyle. As an elementary school teacher registered with the OCT as well as an American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) Group Exercise Instructor, Candace combines her knowledge of teaching and fitness to bring you fitness classes that are challenging and fun in a friendly casual atmosphere. Her smile and warm friendly demeanor will make you want to hang out and workout with her!
